Scope<\/h2><p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Z\u00e9dibulle \u00c9ditions (hereinafter \u2018<strong>we\u2019<\/strong> or <strong>\u2018the<\/strong> <strong>Publisher<\/strong>\u2019) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter <strong>\u2018you<\/strong> \u2019 or \u2018the Customer\u2019) making a purchase via the <strong>zedibulle.fr<\/strong> website. Any order implies the Customer\u2019s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.<\/p><p>We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. In the event of an update, the applicable terms and conditions shall be those in force on the date of the order.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2. Orders<\/h2><p>Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Should a product be out of stock, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible, and an alternative solution or a refund may be offered.<\/p><p>Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these T&amp;Cs. No specific terms and conditions put forward by the Customer shall take precedence over these terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.<\/p><hr \/><h2>3. Prices<\/h2><p>Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping charges.<br \/>Products are sold worldwide, subject to availability.<\/p><hr \/><h2>4. Booking and deposit<\/h2><p>In the case of an order placed on reservation, a <strong>deposit of between 10% and 30%<\/strong> of the total amount may be required.<br \/>This payment constitutes a firm commitment on the part of the Customer and <strong>is non-refundable<\/strong> except in the event of cancellation on our part.<\/p><p>In the event of a breach of contract by either party, damages may be claimed in accordance with the Civil Code.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. In the event of a delay, the order may be cancelled.<\/p><hr \/><h2>6. Shipping<\/h2><p>Shipping is performed to the address provided at the time of ordering.<br \/>It is performed via <strong>La Poste<\/strong> and <strong>UPS<\/strong> for France, and via <strong>La Poste <\/strong>or <strong>DPD <\/strong>for the rest of the world.<\/p><p>Shipping times are provided for guidance only. Shipping will only take place once payment has been received.<\/p><hr \/><h2>7.
