1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Zédibulle Éditions (hereinafter ‘we’ or ‘the Publisher’) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter ‘you ’ or ‘the Customer’) making a purchase via the zedibulle.fr website. Any order implies the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. In the event of an update, the applicable terms and conditions shall be those in force on the date of the order.

2. Orders

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Should a product be out of stock, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible, and an alternative solution or a refund may be offered.

Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. No specific terms and conditions put forward by the Customer shall take precedence over these terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping charges.
Products are sold worldwide, subject to availability.

4. Booking and deposit

In the case of an order placed on reservation, a deposit of between 10% and 30% of the total amount may be required.
This payment constitutes a firm commitment on the part of the Customer and is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation on our part.

In the event of a breach of contract by either party, damages may be claimed in accordance with the Civil Code.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Cheque (in euros, France only)

• Bank transfer (details below)

• Cash (up to the legal limit of €1,000)

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. In the event of a delay, the order may be cancelled.

6. Shipping

Shipping is performed to the address provided at the time of ordering.
It is performed via La Poste and UPS for France, and via La Poste or DPD for the rest of the world.

Shipping times are provided for guidance only. Shipping will only take place once payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of your order.

Products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and documentation, to the following address:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any non-compliant returns or damaged products.

8. Privacy and security

Zédibulle Éditions is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data.
Your information will never be shared, except with service providers necessary for the fulfilment of your order (delivery, payment).

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact our customer service team to seek an amicable resolution.
This contract is governed by French law. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Liability

Zédibulle Éditions shall not be held liable for any failure to perform this contract in the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

11. Delays and penalties

Any delay in payment shall automatically give rise to a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs (Article D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code), without prejudice to any additional damages.

12. Intellectual Property

The content of the zedibulle.fr website is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.
