 PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods available:

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Online payment is handled by our partner Stripe, a secure payment provider. You pay when you place your order: your bank details are entered on Stripe’s secure form and are never stored by Zédibulle. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted.

When paying by cheque or bank transfer, payment must reach us within 7 days of the date of purchase, except in the case of a pre-order or exceptional circumstances. After this period, the sale will be considered cancelled and the item(s) will no longer be reserved.

Please clearly state your order number on the back of the cheque (this number is included in our order confirmation email). The order will be processed upon receipt of the cheque and dispatched once it has cleared.

Your order may not be processed if no reference number is included on your cheque.

Bank transfer

Bank transfers (in euros only) must be made free of charge to the beneficiary. Only the net amount credited to the account of EURL ZEDIBULLE EDITIONS (Mr Tony Dhaussy) will be taken into account.
