Inspired by Peyo’s work, Grossbouf and Papa Smurf are taken from the comic book *La Soupe aux Smurfs*; these characters were sculpted by Céline Godard.
Resin and metal statuettes, moulded, assembled and hand-painted in matt colours by the Like An Angel workshop.
The craftsmanship of the sculptor and the manufacturer is simply remarkable.
Grossbouf wears a real rope around his waist as well as string at the top of his tunic.
Grossbouf and Papa Smurf are to scale with the raft.
