Olivier & the Money Smurf

Description

We all feel, to a greater or lesser extent, that money has us by
the nose, and that is probably why we love The Smurfs’
adventures so much: despite all their ups and downs and
little worries, they never come into contact with that monetary poison which so often
corrupts our relationships with one another… But this time it’s
different: during a harmless visit to the village market, Olivier
shows a fascinated little Smurf a coin! The worm is
in the fruit, the wolf is in the sheepfold, and confusion reigns in the
little blue imp’s mind! Will they lose their zest for life and their innocence
through contact with this perverse metallic medium of exchange?
It is precisely this moment that Alban has sought to capture in three
dimensions: the exact instant of the discovery of that dreadful cash, the
loss of innocence. It all comes down to this: perched on the shoulder of
Homnibus’s companion, a little Smurf is experiencing the unknown!…

Thanks, Tony!

Kind regards
